Welcome to Levenin Spa! We’re excited to have you as our guest and want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience with us. Here are some important details to keep in mind before your visit:
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservations. This allows us to accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an opening. Please note that any deposits or promotion pre-payments are non-refundable.
Pre-arrival
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This allows for ample time for your consultation and for our therapist to prepare the room for you. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on availability, we may still be able to accommodate your full booking time, but we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid impacting other guests’ reservations.
Preparing for your Spa visit
Not sure what your should prepare? What to wear? If you need to bring anything?
At Levenin Spa, we want you to have a stress-free experience, so we’ve made it easy for you to prepare for your visit. Here’s what you need to know: You don’t need to prepare anything for your visit as we provide all the necessary equipment and supplies. However, if you have any special requests or requirements, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. All you need to bring is yourself and a your smile!
Health Considerations
Your health and safety are our top priority. Before your treatment, we’ll ask you to fill out a health questionnaire. If you have any concerns about the suitability of a treatment due to health issues, please let us know. We’re happy to provide advice and guidance.
Is it safe to do massage during my menstrual cycle?
Yes, it is safe to get a gentle body massage during your menstrual cycle, but should avoid strong massage as it could increase blood flow. However, some women may feel uncomfortable receiving abdominal or lower back massage during this time. If you feel uncomfortable with these areas being massaged, you can inform us during your consultation before the massage and our therapist can adjust the treatment accordingly. Additionally, massage may actually be beneficial during your period as it can help alleviate cramps, reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Massage during Pregnancy
We are delighted to offer a range of safe and relaxing treatments to pamper expectant mothers. Please visit https://leveninspa.com/election-massage-danang.html
Eating before Massage
For your comfort, we recommend waiting at least 30 minutes, preferably 60 minutes, after your last meal before your massage.
Taking Shower
If you wish to shower before your treatment, we recommend doing so at home or at your hotel. Showering before your treatment will be included in your treatment time, which means less time for your massage. For treatments such as body scrubs, body masks, and Aromatherapy Oil Massages, you’ll be assigned to a room with an ensuite shower so you can shower after your treatment. Spa packages with multiple treatments, shower time between treatments is included in the total time for spa packages. For “dry” treatments, such as Thai Massage, or Reflexology Foot Massage, we’ll provide loose, comfortable clothing for you to wear, and no shower is required before or after the treatment. These treatment rooms do not have private showers, but if you wish to take a shower, please let us know during your consultation before your treatment.
Loss or Damage of Personal Belongings
We provide a small deposit box in all spa treatment rooms for your valuables. We recommend leaving all valuables at home or in your hotel room to avoid any loss or damage. We provide spa clothes, disposable underwear, and robes for you to wear during your treatments to avoid any stains or damage to your clothes.
Tranquility
We want to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests. Please refrain from making loud noises, talking loudly, smoking, or using mobile phones in the spa, especially in shared spaces such as the reception area, hallways, shop, or gardens close to treatment rooms.
Children
Children are welcome at our spa, but they must be supervised at all times. We do not have childcare facilities, so during treatments, children need to stay in the same treatment room as their parent or guardian. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests. By the way, we do offer children massage, so why not just book a massage for your child as well?
Mobile Phones
To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, we request that you turn off your cell phone or set it to silent. If you need to use your phone, please be mindful of other guests in shared spaces and talk in an area away from other guests and away from treatment rooms.
Smoking & Alcohol
At Levenin Spa, we believe in maintaining a healthy and relaxing environment for all our guests. Smoking is not allowed inside any area of the spa, including the treatment rooms, toilets, or the gardens. Additionally, consumption of alcohol is forbidden by law on any spa premises in Danang. Please refrain from bringing any alcohol to the spa.
Cleanliness, Hygiene and Safety
We take great pride in our commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. After every service and treatment, we thoroughly sterilize and sanitize all equipment to ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety for our guests.
